Tallgrass Research Group, LLC, was founded by Adam W. Schapaugh, Ph.D., a dynamic and results-oriented data science leader with 12 years of experience delivering inferential and data-driven insights to advance scientific discovery. He has a proven track record in building and leading international and interdisciplinary scientific teams, leveraging advanced analytical methods to optimize research outcomes, including in a regulated context (GLP Test Facility). He is an expert in designing and executing complex research projects, with a strong emphasis on translating scientific findings into practical applications. He is skilled in collaboration with academic institutions, industry partners, and regulatory bodies to foster innovation and ensure compliance with relevant standards. He is adept at utilizing statistical, mathematical, and ML/AI methods to interpret complex datasets, enhance experimental design, and support decision-making processes.  He is committed to continuous learning, with a passion for building high-performing teams, delivering business outcomes and driving sustainable solutions.
